Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I, Jimmy J. Elmore, hereby certify that City of Carlsbad SOP 2022-0003, Parcel Map No. 22104
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2024-7000345 in
the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on July 22, 2024 is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Pursuant to Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act, the original surveyor charged with the responsibility
for setting monuments has been replaced.
