as N73°58'22"W, 218.15', was monumented by a 2" x 24" Iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 6922", on a
50.00' offset southerly of the lot line due to the boundary location being in area of Inundation. The offset
shall be measure perpendicular to the northerly boundary line
