Said prohibition is binding on all present owners and future purchasers. 4. Pursuant to California Government Code Section 66333, or a successor statute, the JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT may not be sold separate from the sale of single-family residence, and this restriction may be enforced against future purchasers. Additionally, the JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT is restricted and must conform its size and attributes with Article 3, Chapter 13, Division 1, of Title 7 of the California Government Code. 5.
