February 20, 2025
The approved Timm Residence project consists of 3 proposed dwelling units. We are proposing a
revision to the height of the proposed Pool Cabana (Unit2) by 12". Upon development of the
construction documents, we determined that framing members sizes should be increased and our client
did not want to compromise on the predetermined clearances and plate heights.
The proposed total building height, measured from finish floor to top of ridge, was originally approved
at 21 '-1 0". The proposed revision would increase the height by 12" inches, bringing the total building
height to 22' -1 0", measured from finish floor to top ofridge.
Per Policy 35 of the Consistency Determination review, the proposed revision does not create changes of
greater than 10%, maintains development standards by remaining under the 30' max height limit, and
proposes no change to the building footprint or location.
