SUBJECT: CD 07-12-POINSETTIA COMMONS/BLUWATER CROSSING
The Planning Director has completed a review of your application for minor modifications to the
building footprint and architectural design, and to revise the underground parking garage from
primarily enclosed garage spaces to primarily open parking spaces (APN: 214-450-30). The
original plan provided 151 subterranean parking spaces (66 two-car garages and 19 open
spaces) and the revised configuration results in 158 subterranean parking spaces (8 two-car
garages and 142 open spaces). After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding
this request, the Planning Director has determined that the application qualifies for a
consistency determination with the approved permit and therefore, approves the changes to the
project based on Planning Director Administrative Policy No. 35.
Please submit a reproducible 24" X 36" mylar copy of the amended site.plan (PDC sheets 1-4).
The mylars must be submitted, stamped "Consistency Determination", and signed by the
Planning Director prior to issuance of any building permits for the project.
