ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONCURRENT MEETINGS: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Assistant City Attorney Jennifer True read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION:
That the City Council conduct a closed session under California Government Code Section
54956.9(d)(2) and (e)(3) to discuss significant exposure to litigation based on existing facts and
circumstances, specifically the receipt of the claim in Exhibit 1.

Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT: By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 10, 2026, was adjourned at
