approved.

1. AB # 0614-1 COMMISSION SUMMARY REPORT -(ACTION)
The Commission accepted and approved the Summary Report of the May 19, 2014 Parks &
Recreation Commission meeting.
Approved 6-0-0-1 (Commissioner Martyns absent)
DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS
2. AB# 0614-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT -(ACTION)
The Commission received a report on recently completed and upcoming Parks and Recreation
Activities, donations, and grants, as well as other topics of local interest.
Approved 6-0-0-1 (Commissioner Martyns absent)
3. AB# 0614-3 ELECT A COMMISSION VICE CHAIRPERSON -(ACTION)
The Commission elected by unanimous vote, Commissioner Matt Simons, Vice Chairperson, to
serve for the remainder of 2014.
Approved 5-0-1-1 (Commissioner Simons abstained, Commissioner Martyns absent)
4. AB# 0614-4 APPROVAL OF THE 2014-2015 COMMISSION MEETING CALENDAR-(ACTION)
