ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Dick Miller, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 9603,
PWS26-4036TRAN, Water Main Break & Sinkhole Repair at Carlsbad Village Drive and El
Camino Real. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work
consisted of:

Emergency repairs to a sinkhole in the intersection
of El Camino Real and Carlsbad Village Drive
caused by a water main break.
