3753FAC -Removal of Excess Soil; Contract 4747. City forces have inspected the work and
found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above-described
improvements.
