CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1.CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council,
by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Westfall v. Ritchey, Case No. 25CU046715N, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(d)(1).
Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT: By proper motion, the Special Meeting of April 28, 2026, was adjourned at 4:18
p.m.
