ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No.
PWM17-07TRAN, Poinsettia & Mica Traffic Signal Pole Restoration. City forces have inspected
the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist
of:

The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted.

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
