ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Nu-Line Technologies, LLC has completed the contract work required for Project No. 55031
(PWM18-122UTIL), Sewer Main Lining at Valley Street and Magnolia Avenue. City forces have
inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS
