ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 7249
(PWM18-86TRAN) Rancho Santa Fe Road At Camino Junipero Signal Knockdown. City forces
have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted.

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
