ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Seaside Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM20-
905GS -Parks Maintenance Yard HVAC Replacements. City forces have inspected the work and
found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:
IMPROVEMENTS
Remove and replace breakroom 1.5 ton spilt system
heat pump and Greenwood House 2-ton gas/electric
split system.
