ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
K L Painting, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM20-906GS City Hall Lobby
Enclosure. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted
of:
IMPROVEMENTS
Tape, mud, prep and paint existing drywall wall at the
newly constructed lobby enclosure of City Hall.

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS
