ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Seaside Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM20-
985GS -Carrillo Ranch Caretaker's House HVAC Installation. City forces have inspected the work
and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:
IMPROVEMENTS
Install four (4) zone mini split system with wall mount
indoor air handlers at the Carrillo Ranch Caretaker's
House.
