ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 7249
(PWM20-1100TRAN) CVD & TAMARACK AVENUE Signal Head Replacement. City forces
have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
