ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
KB13 Ventures Inc. dba SaniGlaze of San Diego has completed the contract work required for
PWM20-957GS -Fire Station 4 Bathroom Tile Restoration. City forces have inspected the work
and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

product to bathroom tile floors and shower stalls.

CITY MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
