City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of: IMPROVEMENTS City of Carlsbad Replace Damaged Cabinet and Camera System on CVD Intersection with Highland Drive. VALUE $49,500 CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS En Date CITY MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
