ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Lekos Electric, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 6326 (PWM21-
1343TRAN) Fiber Optic Traffic Signal Communications, DWG 526-5. City forces have inspected
the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

Furnished and installed communications cables, $40,875
conduit, cabinets, and pull boxes
CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS

The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted.

improvements.
