COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Vanguard Fire Protection, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM21-1524FAC -
Fire Station No. 5 Backflow Spool Replacement City forces have inspected the work and found
it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
