L.B. Civil Construction, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 6608
(PWM21 ~1413TRAN), Sunnyhlll Drive Rolled Gutter Installation and Monroe Street Cross Gutter
Repair. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work ,consisted
