COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Performance Plumbing & Meqhanical dba PPM Contracting has completed the ontract work
required for PWM20-1065TRAN -Concrete Replacement at Various Locations. Cit forces have
inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of: I

driveway approaches, and curbs & gutters. 1
