ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Joseph Velten Jezisek, an individual, d.b.a. The Door Company has completed the contract work
required for PWM21-1291FAC -Fire Station No. 5 Gate Repair. City forces have inspected the
work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

Replace damaged gate and install additional safety

City Clerk is hereby authorized to record the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in
accordance with State Law and City Ordinances .
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
