Conan Construction, Inc., has completed the contract work required for the PWM23-1954FAC -
New Village Arts HVAC Replacement. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
