Tim Whittier Welding has completed the contract work required for PWM22-1800UTIL,
Fabrication and Installation of Guardrails at El Fuerte, Sand Shell, and Knotts Lift Stations. City
forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:
