COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Seaside Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM23-
1989FAC -Faraday Meeting Room 173 A & B 3 Ton & 5 Ton Split System Heat Pump
Replacements. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work
consisted of:
IMPROVEMENTS
Remove and dispose of existing HVAC units and
install new 3 ton and 5 ton split system heat pumps
(2). Includes crane fee.
