ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

KL Painting, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM22-1750FAC -Library
Leaming Center Metal Paint Repair. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
