ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Lamere Incorporated, d.b.a. San Marcos Glass has completed the contract work required for
PWM22-1855FAC -Cole Library Window Replacement. City forces have inspected the work and
found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
