Planes, Boats & Automobiles, Ltd. (P.B.A. LTD) has completed the contract work required for
PWM23-1908TRAN -Levante Grate & Frame Repair. City forces have inspected the work and
found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
