Traffic Loops Crackfilling, Inc., has completed the contract work required for Eco Counter
Installation at Five Locations on Carlsbad Boulevard, Project No. 0018610-7490
(PWM22-1881TRAN). City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The
work consisted of:
