ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Charles Doherty, a sole proprietorship, d.b.a. Charles Doherty Concrete has completed the
contract work required for PWM23-2032FAC -Temp. Fire Station No. 7 Approach Flatwork. City
forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
