S&J Builders and Restoration Services, Inc. has completed the contract work required for
PWM23-2090FAC -Las Palmas Electronics Lab Restoration. City forces have inspected the work
and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
