ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

Southwest Millworks, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM24-2221 FAC -Fire
Station No. 7 Lockers. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The
work consisted of:
