COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Tim Whittier Welding has completed the contract work required for PWM24-2327UTIL, B-Tank
Guardrail Relocation. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The
work consisted of:

installation.
