ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CAI Safety Systems, Inc., dba Fall Protection Systems has completed the contract work
required for Project No. 39041, Davit Installation at 8-Tank. City forces have inspected the work
and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:
CMWD IMPROVEMENTS
The davit assembly sets into the davit base, which
is bolted to the top of the reservoir. The davit base
installation allows Water Operations tp safety lift
equipment to the top of B Reservoir.

EXECUTIVE MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record the Notice of Completion and
release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
Carlsbad Municipal Water District is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above
described improvements.
