ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
National Electric Works, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM23-2167UTIL,
Poinsettia Lift Station Soft Starter Repair. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:
CITY IMPROVEMENTS
The soft starters for Poinsettia Lift Station were
upgraded in effort to maintain continued operation
and functioning of the sewer lift station.

CITY MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
