ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
A. J. Makai Enterprises, Inc., d.b.a. Coastal Caulking Waterproofing has completed the contract
work required for PWM24-2312FAC -Faraday Tilt Up Wall Leak Repair. City forces have
inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
