1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in
the matter of:
Ran Enterprises v. City of Carlsbad Case No. 37-2019-00018589-CU-MC-NC, pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1).
Council Action: The City Council authorized a settlement amount of $32,826.00 to Ran
Enterprises. -4/0.
