Charles Doherty Concrete Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM26-4047TRAN,
Birchwood Cross Gutter Replacement. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
