Subject Conference with Legal Counsel Regarding Existing Litigation
Recommended Action
That the City Council hold a closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding existing
litigation in the matter of:
Callaway Golf v. City of Carlsbad, Case No.37-2021-00033797-CU-
WM-NC pursuant to California Government Code Section
54956.9(d)(1).
Any required report of closed session action will occur at the regular City Council meeting
starting at 5 p.m.
