Case No. 37-2014-00029859-CU-NP-NC.
COUNCIL ACTION: Council directed the City Attorney and staff
on the matter.
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
agent or designee may participate in place ofthe absent representative so long as the
name ofthe agent or designee is announced at an open session held priorto the closed
session.
