1. CLOSED SESSION REGARDING SECURITY PROCEDURES
To discuss matters posing a threat to public services or public facilities within the City
of Carlsbad with Carlsbad Police Lieutenant Chris Boyd pursuant to Government Code
section 54957.
COUNCIL ACTION: Council received report.
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
agent or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the
name of the agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed
session.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
To discuss significant exposure to litigation of one case pursuant to Government Code
section 54956.9(d)(2).
