chairperson to execute the Public Housing Agency (PHA)Certifications of Compliance with
the PHA Plans and related regulations and approving the Annual PHA Plan for Fiscal Year 2017
for submission to the U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).(Staff

City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input, close the public hearing and adopt the
resolution.
