This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this
meeting.
11.RECYCLED WATER PHASE III PIPELINE EXPANSION SEGMENT NO. 1A & 7 (PROJECT NO. 52081)
Approval of a resolution accepting the construction of the Recycled Water Phase III Pipeline
Expansion Segment No. 1A &7 as complete and directing the Secretary to record a Notice of
Completion and release bonds in accordance with state law and City ordinances.(Staff
