WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this
meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING:
9.PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED INCREASES IN POTABLE AND RECYCLED WATER RATES AND
SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED FIXED FIRE SERVICE CHARGES —Conduct a
majority protest Public Hearing and consider adoption of a resolution approving a new rate
structure and increases in potable and recycled water rates in January 2017 and January 2018
and setting a Public Hearing date of January 24, 2017 regarding consideration of the proposed
fixed fire service charges. (Staff contact:Ligeia Heagy, Public Works)
City Manager's Recommendation:Take public input, close the public hearing and adopt the
resolution.
