13. AGREEMENT WITH HDR, INC. (PROJECT NOS. 5543-2, 5543-3, 5543-1) -Adoption of a
resolution of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, authorizing execution of a
Professional Services Agreement with HDR, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $868,000 for
the 2016 Potable Water, Recycled Water and Sewer Master Plan Updates, and appropriation
of additional funds, Project Nos. 5543-2, 5543-3, 5543-1; and Adoption of a resolution ofthe
Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board (CMWD), authorizing
execution of a Professional Services Agreement with HDR, Inc. for an amount not to exceed
$868,000 for the 2016 Potable Water, Recycled Water and Sewer Master Plan Updates, and
