Adoption of a resolution approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Secretary to

15. AGREEMENT WITH CABRILLO POWER I, LLC FOR RECYCLED WATER PIPELINE EASEMENT,
PROJECT NO. 5027 -Adoption of a resolution accepting an easement agreement with Cabrillo
Power I, LLC for a recycled water pipeline easement for the Avenida Encinas Recycled Water
