PRESENTATIONS: None VII. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items listed under consent calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion as listed, unless an item is requested to be removed for discussion by a Commission member. 2 1. SR # 0118-1 COMMISSION SUMMARY REPORTS – (ACTION) To accept, approve, and file the December 1, 2017 Special Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting Summary Report. PUBLIC OPEN FORUM VIII. DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS: 2. SR # 0118-2 THE CROSSINGS GOLF COURSE UPDATE – (INFO) The Crossings General Manager Tate Stull will present an update on the golf course. 3. SR # 0118-3 DEPARTMENT REPORT – (INFO) The Commission will receive a report on recently completed and upcoming Parks & Recreation activities, donations and grants, as well as other topics of local interest. 4. SR # 0118-4 POSSIBLE RELOCATION OF A FUTURE DOG PARK AT POINSETTIA COMMUNITY PARK – (ACTION) Advise the City Council of the Parks & Recreation Commission’s support to pursue relocation of a dog park at Poinsettia Community Park in the segment of this community park initially envisioned for a multigenerational community center. The remainder of the categories is for reporting purposes. In conformance with the Brown Act, no public testimony and no Commission action can occur on these items.
