I. CALL TO ORDER: 5:30 P.M. II. ROLL CALL III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE If you desire to speak concerning an item listed on the agenda, a white "Speaker Slip" form should be filed with the commission minutes clerk. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. Please remember to state your name and address for the record. If you desire to speak to the commission concerning an item not listed on the agenda, the pink section of the "speaker slip" form should be filed with the commission minutes clerk. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. Please remember to state your name and address for the record. V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Nov. 18, 2019 parks & recreation commission meeting. VI. PRESENTATIONS: Parks & recreation staff will recognize eagle scout Timothy Livingston for his recent installation of a bench out at Leo Carrillo Ranch Park. VII. CONSENT CALENDAR: None All items listed under consent calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion as listed, unless an item is requested to be removed for discussion by a Commission member. PUBLIC COMMENT: In conformance with the Brown Act, no commission action can occur on items presented during Public Comment. A total of 15 minutes is provided so members of the 2 public can address the commission on items that are not listed on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each. If you desire to speak during Public Comment, fill out a SPEAKER SLIP and submit it to the commission minutes clerk. If there are more than five (5) speakers, the remaining speakers will be heard at the end of the agenda just prior to Council Reports. When you are called to speak, please come forward to the podium and state your name. VIII. DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS: 1. SR # 0120-1 ELECTION OF OFFICERS The commission will solicit nominations and elect commission officers (chairperson and vice chairperson) for the 2020 calendar year. 2. SR # 0120-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT The commission will receive a report on recently completed and upcoming parks & recreation activities, donations and grants, as well as other topics of local interest. The remainder of the categories is for reporting purposes. In conformance with the Brown Act, no public testimony and no commission action can occur on these items.
